Bitcoin Ljubljana meetup
In the latter part of January 2023, the Bitcoin community was taken aback by a series of substantial transactions which resulted in a surge in transaction fees throughout the network. This was due to the unveiling of a brand new Bitcoin wallet that offers users the ability to create and transfer NFTs on the Bitcoin blockchain. In the March edition of the meetup, Peter Opara introduced Ordinals, a groundbreaking project that unlocks the potential of NFTs on the Bitcoin blockchain. After the presentation we had an engaging discussion on the impact of NFTs on the future growth of Bitcoin.
